Mariam Moussa is the founder and managing director of MMC, where she leads personal and professional individual and group coaching sessions. Mariam’s business analysis experience, educational background and career shift journey has empowered her to be a strategic a thinker with a diverse set of skills and experiences that come in handy when leading and growing her own organization. Mariam has coached more than 800 transformational coaching hours within corporates and to the public, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others using the Co-Active Model for Coaching and Leadership. She has designed and led group coaching sessions and retreats for corporate and public groups, and co-created and conducted the 'Life Tuning Program', the 360 Personality Coaching Program. Mariam’s experience in coaching extends from Europe to the Middle East. She mentors other coaches on deepening their learning of the coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions.
